About Me 

I'm Godwin 'Bami, a service designer who believes that the best solutions lie at the intersection of deep user empathy and pragmatic business sense. My design journey began not in tech, but by working directly with people—managing financial goals, co-creating with communities in Nigeria, and architecting physical spaces. These experiences taught me how to listen, how to see the connections in complex systems, and, most importantly, how to build solutions that are both human-centered and strategically viable.

 

My process is grounded in research and collaboration. I use tools like ethnographic research, journey mapping, and co-creation workshops to uncover real needs and prototype services that are seemless, efficient, equitable, and sustainable. In my work, whether redesigning a public service or a community food system, I strive to bridge the gap between what users need and what organizations can deliver for seemless experiences.

  • When I'm not mapping user journeys, you can find me on long reflection walks, observing the patterns in local markets and natural ecosystems—a practice that continually sharpens my ability to see the hidden connections within complex service systems.

 

  • I’m also a lifelong story collector, deeply listening to everyday experiences and business decisions, which grounds my design work in real-world context and human narrative.
