A Passport Service That Cuts Waiting Time and Uncertainty for Applicants and Unlocks New Revenue

Transformed a frustrating passport service known for long queues, repeat visits, and an unfair unofficial fast-track into a simple, one-visit journey with a legitimate priority option. We designed a system that checks documents upfront, uses a dedicated biometric station, and provides full-process tracking. This new system eliminates waiting and uncertainty for applicants while creating new, ethical revenue streams for the Immigration agency, proving that thoughtful design can restore trust and integrity in essential public services.

How We Helped Cassava Farmers and Local Processors Waste Less, Earn More, and Build Resilient Market in Emure

Conducted ethnographic research and co-creation workshops that uncovered systemic barriers,leading to a prototyped decentralized service ecosystem. Transformed a vulnerable agricultural system into a model for sustainable livelihoods and environmental regeneration. Established new revenue streams for farmers and reliable market access for processors. Showcasing my ability to blend empathy, systems thinking, and business modeling for scalable impact.
